The name

The name Meridian comes from astronomy. The meridian is the highest point the sun reaches in the sky, the peak of its arc. That is the philosophy behind everything I do. I am not here to get you in shape for summer. I am here to help you reach the highest version of yourself: physically, mentally, and in how you show up in your life.

“Every person has a puzzle they are building.”

The puzzle of potential

I call it the puzzle of potential. Every person has a puzzle they are building. Every good habit, every workout completed, every nutrition win, every hard conversation you have with yourself, those are pieces going into that puzzle. My job is to help you put more pieces in, faster, and with less wasted effort.

How I build

Before I was a trainer, I studied mechanical engineering. That background shaped how I think about everything: systems, precision, progressive loading, and the relationship between inputs and outputs. I do not guess with your training. I build programs the way an engineer builds something meant to last.

Who I work with

I work with busy professionals in the San Diego area who are serious about changing their body and their life but have not found something that actually sticks. Most of my clients have tried gyms, diets, and programs before. What they had not tried was a coach who builds the entire system around them and holds them accountable to it.

What every client gets

Every client gets a custom program, bi-weekly InBody body composition scans, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me between sessions.

The goal is never just the physical result. It is the version of you that walks differently, thinks differently, and shows up differently in every area of your life.

The meridian is the highest point. That is where we are going.
